Hello family and friends of David!

We are asking for help in putting together this SURPRISE for David's 39th Birthday. Please take some time to add a post telling David 'happy birthday'. Some of you, he hears from often. Others, it's been quite some time. So, we are hoping to get video messages, photos, or just a line of text telling David "Hello and Happy LAST YEAR OF THIS DECADE" from all of you!
